Doutzen Kroes by Ben Weller for Twin Mag SS15

Let's talk about sweats baby.

Product Placement.

Tallulah Morton by Brydie Mack for Luv Aj x Wolfclub

Woah, woah - just hold on for one second.

The ad clearly says cut-glass cheekbones, eyebrow avidity and an 'up-do' to shame an 'up-don't' and you're selling me this?

The White Album.

1.06.2015

Joan Didion by Juergen Teller for Céline SS15

Céline, Céline, Céline.

Forever one sneaker lead step ahead of the rest.

Although, something tells me not even the devoutest of Philo-Fanatic saw Didion coming.

'Breaking the internet' after, oh let's see - six days into the New Year; Phoebe has once again proven that the prêt-à-porter design house are still as enviously simplicit and in-vogue as ever.

An ad campaign that confirms intelligence will always remain at the height of fashion?

Ladies, we'll take it.

The Art of Layering.

Aymeline Valade by Boo George and Havana Laffitte for Vogue Japan Jan 2015

Makes sliding off those skinny jeans look almost sexy...

Give us a minute guys.

Going Dutch.

Karlie Kloss by Alique and Saskia van Langevelde for Vogue Netherlands Oct 2014

The singular life never looked so good.

Who's the loneliest number now?

Warning: Contains Explicit Nudity.

i-D Magazine Pre-Fall 2014 by Daniel Jackson & Alastair McKimm

Strictly top-shelf material.

Little boys - stick to your lads' mags.

Minimalist Exposé.

Daria Werbowy by Mikael Jansson & Karl Templer for Interview Magazine Sept 2014

"I wonder when the day will come when we finally become okay with it, with the human form."

Sometimes less truly is more.

Lottie Moss by Michael Avedon for Calvin Klein Jeans x Mytheresa.com - The Re-issue Project

Well, well, well, what do we have here?

A possible case for sibling rivalry or just a very high-fash form of flattery?

If we were ever going to put the odds on who would someday even dare to try and pilfer Queen Kate's couronne de mode, then surly we should have known the gutsy opponent would crop up from right out of the same gene pool?

British family history - there's just no escaping it.

Following in her sister Kate's runway worthy footsteps; Lottie Moss has joined forces with renowned fashion and portrait photographer Michael Avedon and Calvin Klein Jeans to recreate one of her elder siblings most recognised campaigns.
Aptly named the 'The Re-issue Project'; the much anticipated collab between CK Jeans and Mytheresa.com sees Miniature Moss doing her best Kate impression, to model a petite selection of the American label's most iconic designs. Designs which have been cleverly remastered into what the two brands are calling a 'nineties throwback with a modernised twist'.

#flashbackfashion - ring, ring, ring.

The verdict? Nice try but it's just missing that certain... je ne sais Moss.

Shame, however, as one of my siblings dons occupational scrubs from day to day, the other continues through an ongoing battle with not-so-stylish adolescence. I guess I'll just have to suffer from 'sole child with no wardrobe to turn to' syndrome that little while longer.

Desperately seeking Scandi.

Julia Nobis by Patrick Demarchelier for Vogue UK August 2014

Man repellent city dweller seeks Scandinavian agriculturist with a slight nod towards Dutch milkmaid for clothes swapping and nights out.

Gimme, gimme, gimme.

LC:M - 'It's the clothes that make the man'

'Best of British' - Sang Woo Kim by George Harvey for Models.com

I'm going to put this down to a matter of situational circumstance or simply just one of those 'right place, right time' affairs...

Three days dedicated to the world's leading names in the menswear biz, an unrestrained 'almost' tourist exploring every avenue the city has to offer and let's just say the resulting sartorial assemblage of some very proud parent's offspring.

London Town has quite literally become my Oyster.

Mode-on bleu.

Monica Cima by Bruno Ripoche & Audrey Mieyeville for Marie Claire France

A (white-collared) collaboration of professionalism meets Parisian séduisant.

Let's see what happens when XX takes over XY.

Natural Selection.

Nathalia Oliveira by Nicole Bentley for Marie Claire Australia June 2014

Just when we thought socks and orthopaedic sandals were reserved only for those sun-lounger stealing Europeans; Philo & Co make us think otherwise.

Excessive knitwear and a silhouette only a sartorially inclined gentleman could love. Girls, if I had my way we'd all be brandishing this getup. That, and consuming a very satisfying amount of white chocolate.
